David - President
Owner/President David began in the construction industry serving as a Project Manager/Sight Supervisor for a sixteen home residential complex at age 18. David has 20 years of continuous experience in the construction industry since then in both South Florida and East Tennessee markets. His experience embraces both hands-on and supervisory roles for individual homes, multi-home development projects and commercial renovations. David’s experience provides substantial first hand knowledge of every aspect of residential construction and commercial build-outs from groundbreaking through completion. David has good problem solving skills that require creative thinking to address unusual or tough projects.
David served as Project Manager overseeing construction, equipment assembly, production and shipping of product for a chemical factory in North Georgia, assisted in the creation of the Hurricane Assistance Program which has managed and protected hundreds of bank held Trust estates of various values since its creation in 1994. Concurrently, David created the Damage Assessment Program within Reliable Building Services, which is designed for the fast response mobilization of work crews immediately following a natural disaster to protect human life and real property assets. David has served lenders by inspecting and repairing over 300 foreclosure properties for various lenders. David has also constructed large custom luxury homes for private owners, renovated commercial spaces and represented Lenders for mediation and code violation purposes. Recently David has completed installing Decra metal shingles on 63 homes for the Greeneville Housing Authority.
David has worked directly with well recognized, national lenders including Sun Trust, National City Bank, Wachovia Bank, Bank of America, Bank of New York, Comerica, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo, Northern Trust, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch for over 18 years. Due to the excellent services provided for these clients Reliable Building Services was invited to become members of the National Trust Real Estate Association, (NTREA).
Reliable Building Services was formed in 1990 and has been continuously serving lenders as well as private home owners since. David has been President of Reliable Building Services since 1998.
Elizabeth is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including book keeping, company management, and general company oversight. If there are questions that no one seems to know the answers Elizabeth either knows where to look or who we need to talk to.
Ralph joined the RBS team in 2018. With his leadership ability and people skills he has been a valuable asset in assisting with the coordination and customer service side of our projects. No matter the work type, Ralph over sees the project and works closely with the homeowner to insure customer satisfaction.
Tyler starter at Reliable Building Services as a laborer, moved up to team leader and in a short amount of time moved into a punch list and finished trades thanks to his attention to detail an knowledge of construction.
After a promotoin to Project Manager Tyler is the face you will see working and keeping everyone else working on our many job sites. He is well informed, task oreinted and does an outstanding job.
Marcie has been with Reliable Building Services off and on over the years. She is our selections expert and amazing at keeping our customers projects on budget and on schedule… within reason. Marcie is great at being a liaison between the new home owners and our venders.
Also, having such a pivital role Marcie usual has her finger on the pulse of the project. Need to know when something will arrive or if things are on track. Marcie is your go to!
Miranda joined the Reliable Building Services team in 2021 and she has proven to be a valuable addition. Miranda is the first voice you will hear when you call. She has also proven to be a tremendous help with office tasks with her Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
Scott fills the Marketing Role and all it entails. He works with media, local and national advertisers and handles all ascpects of the Reliable Building Services, Inc. brand. He also takes care of any IT issues that may come up during daily operations.
Scott came to Reliable Building Services, Inc. with 10 yrs of experience in digital marketing and has several other skills that have proven valuable.
